Poor service from a purchase perspective from Bury St Edmunds office.From initial contact to make 3 appointments for viewings it took several days before I received any contact as to how they were progressing. I thought I'd been forgotten about!Following a viewing I've received a half hearted e-mail to which I've not responded and I have never received a follow up phone call. I am still waiting on a viewing appointment 3 weeks after requesting it. I was told that another property had sold 3 weeks ago and it is still showing as for sale!Seen further properties with this agent that I want to view but with the service I have received so far I cannot be bothered to contact them.

We approached Paul for advice on selling our property after the 1st lock-down, we received an excellent proposal and went straight to market. Viewings were handled by James, who tackled the difficult covid situation with total professionalism and guided several prospective buyers around in our absence within a very short time scale. These viewings lead to a successful offer at full asking price within 10 days. From that point Jennie advised regularly on the position of the sale, liaising with both our buyers solicitor & with the various parties with the property we were purchasing.
