Michael attended and gave very professional advice: he was OK to try to change a circuit board but I had to persuade him to fit a new opener: my choice: I wanted to get a new guaranteed unit (mine was 20 years old) and the new price was very good! The point being: they will not oversell you! You can trust them, they are very tidy and competent and (bonus) their prices are keen.

I Mislaid my reserve remote and hasd to buy a replacement, and then found the task to programming it too much at my age of 89, so called this firm and less than 30 minutes later a man came and did the job. Very helpful.
