I visited their website then showroom to enquire about a log burning stove. Vinny was brilliant and gave great advice so I went with one of their stove packages. The service, installation and aftercare have been outstanding and I cannot fault them. I don’t believe I would have had a better experience elsewhere. If you need a stove, gas, electric fire or media wall don’t go anywhere else. You won’t regret it. Superb experience

Super impressed with the service from start to finish at Barton Fireplace Centre. After looking around their showroom and receiving expertise advice from the knowledgeable staff, I made my decision and chose the very reputable British designed and manufactured Clock compact wood burning stove. I loved how the centre offered one price which covered everything imaginable, from the hearth to the background and all necessary chimney equipment. The fitters were prompt and professional, especially taking great care to protect the flooring and cover anything surrounding the area where they were fitting the stove. They took the time to demonstrate how to use it and I am incredibly happy with my purchase.Thank you so much.

I am delighted with my Clock Sudbury stove and fire surround. The fitters overcame several problems and did a fabulous job. A great finish and clean and tidy. Polite and explained everything to me. Many thanks for your hard work

Bought a fire and had it fitted. However the fire bacame extremely hot on the top of the mantle and the surround went yellow. When I requested a visit they insisted I paid a £100 call out charge. They subcontract their fitters so they fob you off when there’s a problem. Beware!
