I would highly recommend coming here, everyone is very friendly and caring. John did a fantastic job on highlighting my hair, best colour I’ve ever had. Thank you so much. I had a full head highlight done today at Brow Lodge by John. Amazing result of transformation seen. My hair was dark coloured previously, and the light colour has made a big difference. Excellent customer service by staff. Would recommend John if anyone is looking for their hair to be done. From the time you enter until you leave, the staff treats you with respect. I would say it is worth every single penny spent in there.

Brow lodge is absolutely phenomenal. Their services are both quick and efficient. I came in to get a full body wax and was done in 30 minutes, my skin was soft and it reduced my hair growth as well. Kiran also did my eyebrows and I was skeptical at first as I hadn’t done it in Oxford before but she did a fantastic job and I was extremely happy with the results! Overall, a lovely place with even better staff! Extremely happy with my results

The nail varnish was quite messy and there was overspill onto my fingers. I took it off as soon as I got home. Underneath, my nails are now very rough. I didn't say anything at the salon because by then I'd already spent over half an hour sitting alone with my hands and feet under a set of heaters - on top of the 50-minute appointment.
