Bought an Audi A4 from here about 7 months ago, had a great experience from start to finish, have had no issues with the car and the guys here are a pleasure to deal with.

Tom at Harrogate Motors took a great deal of time getting us into the vehicle we were searching for. Since we were from the US he was careful to explain the many differences for driving and owning a car in England, and walked us through everything step by step.We had a small issue with the car we purchased, and Tom and his associate came to collect it themselves, took it to a specialist mechanic, and covered the entire cost of the parts that needed to be replaced. I don't think I could have asked for more.

Bought this BMW from the dealer in late February, at first the dealer seemed a little bit disorganised which I believe he was just super busy that week. Overall experience was good, car was handed super clean and tidy. Got it checked few days after the purchase, no problems whatsover. Highly recommend this dealer, if you looking to treat yourself with decent car, they will look after you. Didn't get a service book on a day of purchase, but it got send few days later. The car drive faultlessly and I couldnt be happier with it.

Tom was brilliant throughout. I wanted to make sure I found a car that was in good condition and reliable, Tom couldn’t have done more for me, he genuinely wanted to make sure that the car was prepared perfectly and not only the service and MOT as advertised but going the extra mile to address things I hadn’t even noticed. The car is great and Tom went above and beyond, communication was excellent and he always got back to me when he said he would. Thanks for everything.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from Harrogate Motors two months ago: Tom was very helpful and included bodywork repairs, new brake discs, and a 12 month warranty free of charge – even after having reduced the sale price to below what had been advertised. I would happily recommend Harrogate Motors as a trustworthy garage with great customer service.

I went down to their premises in March and bought a new car, giving mine as part exchange. My finance hasn’t been paid off. It was supposed to be paid off as part of the deal. At that time their limited company was HG Motors Limited. The new limited company now trading there is called Harrogate Motors Limited. One of the directors is the same. Given me promise after promise it would be sorted but it hasn’t. I feel very let down. They say they are uncovering quite a mess. I wouldn’t deal with them again and have reported this to the police.
