Couldn't be more helpful.Before you go read all the details on the Web site. To register a death it lists all the documents that you need to produce.The staff were very friendly and helpful

I would like to thank" the extremely insensitive female at the Walsall Registry Office who 'phoned me at approx. 3.00 p.m. on Christmas eve to notify me that as the error on the death certificate for my late husband - an incorrect date of birth - was not the fault of the Registry office (the death had been registered by the coroner)

Waited on the phone for 1 hour and then an automated voice said to call back when it's less busy. This is incompetence from leadership all the way down. Someone seriously deserves to get fired.

How can no one answer the phone?! I desperatly need to contact someone for an urgent matter and I have been cut off at the 30 min mark 3 times. INSANITY. Useless does not even begin ton explain this
