Absolutely hands down the most amazing florist in Liverpool!!! Elizabeth is so kind and her customer service while I ordered flowers for my Mum and Grandad while in Seattle,WA she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and the flowers and funeral flowers where beyond beautiful I'm a customer for life! I currently live in Seattle,WA and I am so glad I found Elizabeth in 2020 I have been a customer since and she makes my flowers look stunning for my Mum back home in Liverpool! Always gives the WOW factor! I order via messenger and I get messages back instantly if that is not great customer service what is? Thank you for always being amazing!!!

I contacted Liz to ask if she could help with an arrangement following the sudden passing of a family member. Despite it being late at night and one week before Christmas Liz, once again, went above and beyond. Within 18 hours the most beautiful arrangement was deliveredHave used Liz for years now and we have been spoiled by her professional manner, excellent service, talent and the quality of the products she uses - I would never trust anyone else. Highly recommended

We needed funeral flowers for the coffin of my uncle. I was able to phone Liz who sorted everything for me. The flowers were beautiful, everything that I had hoped for, and more. Liz also sent me a reassuring message to say the flowers had been delivered to the chapel of rest. Many thanks Liz.
