Nite Inn Bed & Breakfast

This place is absolutely terrible. I would advise you not to stay and i would never come here again even if i was desperate. first things first it smell like drugs have been done a lot. the beddings are disappointing they look like they are for a 4 year old. the bathrooms have no space we had to park right in front of the place apparently we are “safe”. the Wi-Fi is absolutely a waste of time asking for I wish we had a better choice but all hotels in Leeds where fully booked.

This place is not bad for 25£, as it is quite close to city centre and on an easy bust route. The owner is quite helpful as well. U won't find any cheap hotel better than this if u want to stay close to town centre. I did not had any problem with room and washroom cleanliness.

I have stayed here it's clean and tidy there are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms probably taken out for health and safety but you can have a brew downstairs in the cafe' at no charge so what the heck Breakfast is good too. A TV in the room with SAT not a lot choose from channel wise. My advise if you want low cost accomodation then this is a good place. Don't expect 5 star unless you want to pay the price elswhere.

It's budget accommodation, and very basic. But for what you pay there is nothing really to grumble about. I ended up having to pay by cash as apparently there wasn't a card machine. Also the kettle didn't work and was situated on top of the wardrobe!?

Sadly this place was lacking in just about everything! The bathroom was so small at 5ft 2 and a slim size 12 I had to enter it sideways and lower myself on to the toilet. My knees banged the sink. There was no space to wash properly or get out of clothes.The bedroom needed a good dust. It was at least a 1/4 inch thick on the wooden bedframes. The beds were so close together in the twin room it was a joke!The space was non existent to move around. The TV was 12 and held together by sellotape in places. The crockery was dirty. The WiFi was ridiculous. This was a shame as the owner was particularly pleasant. It was noisy. The only redeeming feature for me was the price and the comfort of the bed. 2/10"

I actually havnt stayed here for a few years but I phoned and asked if they had a bed available for next week because everywhere was so expensive on a Tuesday night because of something happening accross leeds.When she answered, I asked if there bed available in which she said I don't know maybe I'm not sure ,in which I said don't you have the book to check.In which she replied again maybe.It brought back memories when I stayed there before and said its ok,bye.Breakfast was Half a plate of beans with all the rest of the other half of the plate swimming in grease.Smelly and rotten, I'm sure he came up to my room and put his ear to hear what I'm up to.Smallest shower ever a child would get stuck trying to get in it's so small.The floor was uneven and t.v had more and more and more channels of nothing ,quite incredible.Forget going to the haunted house at Thorpe Park just come here for the real experience.

Arriving with the help of a friendly taxi-driver at past 3.00AM, the buzzer eventually drew a bleary-eyed and not fully coherent gentleman evidently from his bed. His grasp of English was limited, his manner was brusque, but for £25 a head he led my companion and I to a spotlessly clean double room with clean and comfortable bedding, space to move around and a pristine and well-appointed bathroom with a powerful shower that ran nice and hot. After a long day's walking and exploring Leeds, and a great wish to hide from the drunken noise of the town centre, the Nite Inn was a cheap and perfectly adequate respite.It's a bed and breakfast, and we didn't choose to sample the breakfast, but it met my needs and more. Don't expect a hotel, but expect a better deal on a clean and comfortable room than you might find anywhere else in Leeds.

The place is no palace but the staff was friendly. I had been left hanging by a hostel in the city (they cancelled my booking one hour before arrival!), and ended up here instead. The location is not very good but I have no complaints about the room, which was clean, had a TV, an electric tea kettle and my very own bathroom (which I would not have had in the other place).

Terrible!!!!!! would not stay there again even if l was desperate.Floor was absolutely filthy - could do with a good scrub. The bathroom and toilet were really dirty YEK!!!!!!!Shame chaps could be a real thriving business if you took the time to give it a good clean - and l mean a really good clean and decorated it better.Objected to having to pay for someones filth no matter how cheap it is.The gentleman who runs it was very polite - no complains there

I told my wife that it would be better to buy a tent and sleeping under a bridge! I state that I have stayed for one night and the next day I had to leave early but I was tempted to call the police and the NHS for the hygienic conditions deplorable. The hotel is smelly, dilapidated, old. we are greeted at the entrance by a man badly dressed that cares immediately withdraw 50 pounds (50 pounds!!!) that we have to pay for a night. There are some narrow stairs, and then this repulsive smell that enters the skin, there are no photos for ill odor but can assure everyone that it is something indescribable. we enter the room, and we are shocked: 3x3m with three beds and a bathroom where no one enters seated !!! The sheets are old I discover the bed and I see that they are also dirty, there are flies flying around the room. During the night the temperature reaches 50 degrees centigrade the heaters are disproportionate. We would like to run away, but we are exhausted and in the city is not for nothing less than 300 pounds. we sleep badly and wake up at 5 we already would like to go but I want to see the breakfast! Shameful the owner has a shirt with holes in a dirty room where most likely he lives! just we arrived the night before we had seen the owner eating a hamburger which serves breakfast customers. I still do not. I am a person who adapts to everything, I have been traveling a lot in Africa; I know that if I pay £ 10 for the night I can not expect the jacuzi in the bathroom. but for £ 50 in a developed country like the UK I require CLEANING, HYGIENE, PROFESSIONALISM. I am shocked that there can be such structures in 2015, be ashamed.
