Booked online for aircom to be re gassed. I can not complement the staff enough - explained the process and kept informed until finished. Also gave advice how to maintain aircom, car now lovely and cool. Best garage service I've had, will recommend and will use again.

Don't go to them if you need help with a flat tyre. They wanted me to book even if I drove my car there and was willing to pay and wait. No customer skills or heart.

If you don't want to lose your car, then don't go to this place as I tried once. I did tyre and tracking , charged me full, but did not just poor work but also dangerous damaging work.They have not done tracking properly, my steering and wheels are becoming heavy, and now it sounds abnormal when you sometimes take right or left turn. The rasbish thing which they did is empty my radiator coolent bottle, which the next day I find out when I just randomly checked.They will reply to this comment and say make a complaint about it, but trust me, they don't even take complaints seriously as I did before.Thanks for reading

Ordered 2 Michelin tyres for fitting. Unfortunately due to their equipment constraints they were unable to seat the tyre properly and had to give up. I can't knock their perseverance and effort - which was appreciated. But it's a bit disappointing that a tyre specialist can't fit a tyre...Equally disappointing to have to take the tyre to a different fitter, to fit the same exact tyre on the same rim, to be completed in under 5 minutes. Albeit it still took a little bit of effort, they had a few more techniques to try.

Beware, ATS Stirchley tried to charge me £600 for a new exhaust. Took it somewhere else for 2nd opinion and they showed me the exhaust was fine but it wasn't sitting on its bracket correctly. New exhaust not needed and 20 sec fix. I wrote to their complaints department and got this back.The area manager had advised that he has spoken to the branch who advised that when the vehicle came

Point to be noted , tyres changed, and alignment, poor work with alignment as alignment don't feel the deference and steering feels heavy.The biggest mistake they made is leaving my coolent bottle empty. The story is , I weekly check my coolent level. After their job, the second day, when I checked after the week, my coolent bottle was empty, First I thought their may a leak bit after levelling up, it was remain same every day. Means no leak it was their poor check system ,if I didn9t checked it on time it would cost me my new car engine . Never going to visit them again. Others stay away from them. Or atheist don't trust them

Went today for an air con regas and arrived really late due to a hospital appointment running over. The garage were really helpful and still went ahead with my appointment despite me turning up so late. Great staff and brilliant service. Thanks so much!
