Not a bad McDonald's to sit in and enjoy a quick meal, but ordered something this morning to only receive a single coffee warm ( I asked for a cold coffee) without my hash brown or double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal. It's never been that bad previously but due to this I have to give a bad review.

Worst Mc Donald's in whole Liverpool, terrible service, food cold, long long, long time to wait, even the manager there didn`t care about customers, avoid as possible, and if you wanna eat no matter if is inside, take away or even uber, just eat, or anyone else and you want your food at least warm, do not order from there

Been two times through the drive through got home and the wrong order, food was cold aswell. Called up and they did offer to replace if I drove back to get it swapped but with two young kids it’s just not worth it.

This McDonald’s is a joke. No sweetener for tea / coffee, give out food without sauce, napkins. Food always arrives cold. Avoid

Today here at Mcdonals Walton I was treated like garbage by a female manager. Some here are nice and polite but this person needs to learn to be polite with another human being. We are working we are not stealing

Bad experience while ordering through the app and delivered by Uber eats!The driver is hiding on the bushes to cancel your delivery which is unacceptable! This service has no be improved!Also, we received the food cold and fries without any salt on it.
