Excellent service. tv fixed and back in 6 days. TV like new again. Two lovely lads brought it back, tuned it in and cleaned the screen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

I would not use this company ever due to the women on the other end of the phone with no customer service skills what so ever! Then refuses for you to speak to any management because her attitude is so bad. Few courses on how to speak to people is definitely needed. A formal complaint will be emailed!

Lovely lads replaced the screen on my Samsung TV. Visited once to assess the issue and second time to replace the screen. Was an insurance claim through John LewisBoth times, the lads were pleasant and courteous. Repair didn't cost me anything but I was glad John Lewis used a local companyRecommended

Two lads came to look at the problem which couldn’t be fixed they done all the paperwork, phoning ect and new tv delivered next week also asked if we needed to loan a tv whilst we waitedThanks guys for all your help

they are nice people at DBS TV repair centre at Newcastle im going to book my 50 inch TV in for a Repair to get rid of them white dots on the screen after Christmas soon the TV is fixed the lads are going to phone me when they are on their way to deliver the TV back to me

2 technicians attended my property today 22/04/2021 from this company to fit a recalled power supply on behalf of LG UK bearing in mind this is a 2017 LG B7 65 OLED that has never had an issue.The technicians were pleasant etc however 15 minutes after leaving my OLED has now stopped working...Thanks Guys.
