No matter how dirty you think your oven/extractor fan is these guys will leave it looking like new! Would highly recommend. The reps make you feel very at ease and just get on with the job.

Used Crystal Oven Cleaning many times, but had oven,hob and cooker hood cleaned yesterday and the finish was appalling, the oven wasn't too bad but the hood and hob was a disgrace, phoned them up to say that it was not there usual standard and there was 4 hob support rubbers missing.but was told what do you want me to do about it? All he said was ill give you a free oven clean next time you want it done, well I'm afraid with his attitude and standard of work he won't be coming back

Reached out to a few companies for an oven clean, booked in with Crystal (on 13th May) as they called back first - since then another company called and managed to get it in yesterday, all done so called Crystal to cancel - how rude! First he said so you booked in with us then called somebody else ... no actually (but either way, not relevant) - then he said so it’s all about price ... no actually, it was about timing since we couldn’t use the oven until it was cleaned! Again tho, not sure how that is relevant but if it’s about customer service / professionalism, then yes i’d be choosing anybody else over Crystal Oven Cleaning!

Absolutely nothing to do with his work but his manners are disgusting. Left the graveyard after burying our 2 day old grandaughter to be greeted with a middle finger because we pulled out in front of him when there was plenty of time.No respect at all!!

Had double oven, hob and extractor fan cleaned, couldn't believe how clean they were when finished. Took about 2 hours to clean all three, chap was clean and tidy and very professional, would definitely recommend.

Amazing service from Graham and Sue.Sue called the night before to ensure I was still happy for Graham to attend.Graham arrived within the time scale given and very kindly layed down protective mats. Took the racks out to clean in his van, very thorough clean, towards the end it was gleaming! - I will be booking back in again next year & reccomending you to all my neighbours, thank you very much!

Absolutely fabulous. I couldn’t believe my eyes it looked like a brand new oven. The guy that did it was polite and courteous turned up on time and very tidy. From booking to the end result I would highly recommend this company.Thank you see you again in 6 months.
