Plumber turned up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. Showed me how to fix the problem myself if it happened again. Great service. It was really handy that they provided a link with the location of the plumber when he was on route. Would definitely recommend this company

Trying to get a proper quote from this company is impossible. Everything is via WhatsApp!!! When I have called and asked for a proper written quote which they promise to send out, I don't get it. Chased numerous times and just got sent an email to their website. Phoned dozens of times, and always greeted by a very friendly voice, but behind the scenes this company seem unprofessional and somewhat incompetent in the basics. Further update - looks like they don't like my feedback and have declined dong the work (bully tactics). If they had done what they had promised they wouldn't have received negative feedback, but I was getting nowhere and they were wasting my time. Look like my negative feedback is completely valid.

David was punctual, professional, really friendly and knowledgeable. Been using ServiceTeam (and Marvel before that) and they've always been responsive, quick, and effective with any plumbing or heating needs.
