A place to recycle everything you need, it is very well organized. To enter you need to book online a date, on the gate you have show a proof of address and the ID or passport. The workers are always very nice.

An amazing place. Clean, with friendly staff. Here you can drop-off your stuff, and secure to help the environment as well. They've got my cars motor oil and I was really pleased with the agreed time and schedule trough the phone. All fast and smooth. Please bring your ID to prove you love in Bristol, and come by car. Cannot go inside on foot I am afraid.

Had a cracking trip here. The staff are incredibly friendly and the facilities were so easy to use. It’s clean and organised and as the staff said as we entered - it’s the best dump ever!

I recently visited the local recycling center, and I was absolutely blown away by their commitment to sustainability.The center was spotless and well-kept, with clearly marked and separated areas for different types of materials.The staff at the center were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the recycling process a breeze.I appreciated that they provided educational resources for visitors on why recycling is important and how to do it properly.The recycling center was also highly organized, with consistent signage throughout the facility to help visitors navigate the various drop-off areas.I was impressed by the variety of materials that they accept and the efficient way they sorted and processed everything.The center even had a separate area for electronics recycling, which made it easy and convenient for me to dispose of my old devices in an eco-friendly way.

I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the fellow at the gate was yesterday (I should have got his name). He took the time to explain where everything was and when he saw me struggling, he came and assisted. Fab service! Thank you for making a stressful process easy!

I rarely need to use but when I do I have no issues at all. I booked a slot but didn't get an email, so turned up 20 mins before my believed time to ask if it was correct - the gentleman on the gate was the kindest, most polite and friendliest guy I've ever met (I'm so gutted I didn't catch the name). He told me the slot was booked, and to just come in now as it was ok to wait in the line. I drove in, and we had a long talk about all sorts while waiting for the bay to clear. The guy is a legend in my eyes, and such a good laugh. When in, the staff were very informative, friendly, polite, kind and considerate. I was cleared and out in 10 mins with a full car of stuff. No complaints, only praise. Well done to all who work here, you're amazing at what you do but also how you interact.

I've been twice and the first time it was easy and straight forward, everything is clearly labelled and staff would point you in the right direction.However on my recent visit I had a staff member with an American accent single me out from a distance, intercept me and start ripping open my general waste bag to give me unsolicited opinions on my choice of general waste in front of other customers, which I thought was wildly inappropriate, condescending and invasive.Luckily there was another much nicer staff member who stepped in to reassure me I'd done nothing wrong and helped me out with my other bags of waste. He's the reason for the extra star.It's a shame that otherwise kind and helpful staff are overshadowed by some horrible ones who seem to get a power trip out of singling people out for no reason? Bizarre.Probably wont go again, I left the site feeling uncomfortable and confused.

Much better now you have to book a slot. No queue and easy to park. Staff are amazing, always cheery & helpful.

As the guy on the gate says it is the best tip in the world!The staff make this place. Super friendly, chatty and helpful. Wish all tips were like this!

Great place. Everything is well organised and the staff are great, especially the fella working the checks as you enter. He is a star!Since the booking system was implemented its a much smoother and less crowded experience, and has weeded out the selfish few.
