Fantastic service at Waves Northampton Tesco. The team is always going above and beyond expectations. They regularly restore my car to its original colour as it is slightly fading on top of the bonnet. I have only ever received great service, and I never left disappointed. Thank you for your care and attention to details.

I rarely get my car washed, but my Peugeot 108 was in need of a decent clean. I spent £12 on an outside wash only. They did it whilst I was in Tesco for half an hour. I'm perfectly happy with the result. You can save money and do it yourself of course, but once in a while, it's worth leaving it for a deeper clean by guys like this.

I took my knackered company car and asked for a quick inside and out. Approximately 15 minutes later it was ready and I went to pay. To my surprise they charged me £35! I questioned the price to only be told they had done a gold service as the car was really dirty. I have no mats in the car and I also told them to not bother with the boot as it is full of stuff. Definitely won’t be going there again!!!!

Do not bring car here if you value the paintwork. Brought our van in, only owned it 3 weeks, it was immaculate, not a scratch on it. After what should have been a superior clean, the next day we noticed multiple surface scratches in the lacquer. We observed one female member of staff using a cloth to wipe the van down which clearly had grit within the fabric of the cloth. As we had no shopping to do we waited with the van and noticed the female never rinsed the cloth out during the process of wiping the van down. It wasn’t until the next day when we got in the van we noticed the multiple scratches, we are now going to have to pay to have the surface polished again to remove the visible scratches. So upset my new van!!!!!
