Simple to book and collect. Tony was very helpful throughout.Despite renting a large van, it was presenting in a good clean condition which in the past with other rental companies commercial vehicles is not always the case.I would certainly use Practical again.

If I want to hire a car I would not go anywhere else £110 for the week for a small 3 door car £100 deposit and £6 a day for the extra insurance and half a tank of petrol in which you have to have half a tank of petrol again when you take it back

Got a van sorted the night before we needed it!! £40 for the day. . . Receptionist was brilliant!! Used them again 3 weeks later. Again short notice and not a problem. Bigger van available and only just over a tenner more. . Def recommend and would use them again. Hoping no house moves any time soon though!!

Recently hired a car from Practical Car Hire, Oxford Road in Hartlepool, Carol was a great help especially when the Govt web site was acting up when checking my licence. The car was clean and smelling fresh when picked up and ran well. The cost and service is outstanding I would recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a car in Hartlepool. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Carol.
