I contacted Richard a few months ago. I had started saving a deposit and wanted to know what I needed to do over the next few years to get ready to buy a house.He looked at my credit file and talked me through where I could get access for free for life. He then talked me through how I could improve my score and getting ready for a mortgage.He discussed where I was looking to buy and house prices. He had a lot of knowledge of the area and even gave me some buying tips. He told me i didn't need as much of a deposit as I though and how I could get a gift to top up my savings to buy a lot sooner than planned.He kept in touch and helped check my credit file monthly. 2 months later we found the perfect house and thought we would see if we could buy it.He made us feel completely at ease that he knew what he was doing even though we were doubtful. In less than a week he had secured us a mortgage offer.We can honestly not thank him enough. He has been brilliant and gone well out of his way to help us, even working late nights to fit around our work. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.
