I would highly recommend Tedd Todd for anyone looking for quality wood flooring. They provide great on trend products at competitive prices. The show room in Warrington is beautiful and has many different examples. The staff are very knowledgeable. We used our own fitters but they can also offers fitters and trusted partners if you need assistance. We purchased their floor cleaning and polishing kits which also works very well.

The product it self was good but it's nightmare to deal with them after. No proper support, terrible customer service. We bought few times their products for maintains the floor, each time the products are with expired days and it's super hard to arrange new one or even refund. There are so many wood floor companies. Save your time and money - go for someone else.

I must have been to 5 wood flooring showrooms across London and this is by far the best place to find a floor. The lady in the showroom was really helpful and there are so many beautiful floors to choose from.

Their showroom was great and the lady there was very helpful.Unfortunately, the products I ordered were truly awful quality and soaking wet and nothing like the samples they gave me. I tried to reject delivery (on the advice of my builder) but the delivery guy refused to take it back so I had to waste time and money taking everything up to my flat, just to arrange for it all to be taken back again. Ted Todd and their supplier both refused to admit any wrongdoing and said their products were fine. I've posted pictures to show what they think is fine". They also refused to give me a refund for the money wasted on hiring workmen for that day. I can see why other people had problems after laying down their Ted Todd floors!"

Appreciated being able to speak to senior management about our problems. I think these were partly caused by the business outgrowing management's effectiveness to deal with problems. I think we also helped to highlight the need to ensure correct engineering standards for herringbone floors - a lovely old-looking floor still has to fit!The floor looks fantastic - worth the hassle - but our fitters, who were the contracted party, are still feeling rather bruised. Maybe Ted Todd could spread some love to small businesses out there.New floor being fitted 13 weeks behind original fitting date. Original batch of boards were faulty - bowed and cupped and not within tolerance. Ted Todd including senior staff insisted they were within tolerance - either woefully badly trained or dishonest. Took a 3rd party expert witness to get them to replace faulty boards. Ted Todd also blamed our contractors for poor fitting of bowed boards - cynical and arrogant. Has cost us over £1000 in extra fitting and storage expenses and lots of stress. Have asked for an apology but will not hold my breath. This is SO sad as the floor I know will be fantastic.

Dealing with Ted Todd is the worst experience I have had with any supplier in 5 years and 3 renovations. Their delivery period which started at 2-3 weeks, ended up at 13; the flooring that was finally delivered was not properly finished; and no responsibility was taken for costs that the delay created or, the misinformation that I was given regarding the treatment that was required. A floor that was already expensive at £10,000 ended up costing twice the price.

Terrible company - do not buy from them - I spent a substantial amount of money on an engineered floor from Ted Todd to finish off a large extension I had undertaken - within days of moving into the property after the work the flooring started to peel away or de- laminate - this was expensive high end engineered flooring. Ted Todd were appalling - firstly admitting product fault then denying it - after weeks of getting no where I brought an independent floor specialist in to advise where the fault lay - whether in the laying or the floor itself - he was categorical this was a product failure - the report was provided to Ted Todd and still they are refusing to compensate me and deal with the issue - they are suggesting it is my problem if I choose to lay a kitchen or furniture on it - what planet do they live on - you lay a top quality floor - place a kitchen and built in furniture on it and the product it is sitting on fails but the supplier says I cant be responsible for this - terrible terrible firm - large company playing big boy tactics with an individual firm - whatever you do dont trust them their products or any guarantees as they dont stand by them - we are trying to take them to court now - look at the pictures they call themselves quality flooring specialist - cheap flooring manufactured in Poland or Czech or Croatia -brought over to UK and dyed - if you were living in Germany any proper flooring supplier would replace the flooring and deal with any inconvenience without quibble - not these guys. This has subsequently been sorted with Ted Todd when the CFO got engaged and thanks to him have a very nice floor now but was painful and am sure an internal review of their process for dealing with individuals or companies with complaints would not go amiss.

I built an extension at home of just over 90m2 which was essentially one large room of 8m X 12m. I was keen not to use 1000 small planks and called Ted Todd. They made me a floor with 60 percent in the 4m X 300mm size and the remainder in the 2.5m to 3.5m range. This meant that there were two boards in lots of runs and it looks amazing.Their design centre sent me a number of samples, all to my taste, and I picked a bleached and anti UV finish as I wanted a light floor that wouldn't yellow. The local reseller, who supplied the floor, then sent their fitters to fit it over a 4 day period, including some tricky cuts around the drum. All in all 10/10 for service, product and support.

I first used Ted Todd 10 years ago when we moved house and that floor still looks amazing so when we decided to extend our kitchen, they were our first call. As the price of the extension started to escalate, we did shop around (on everything) to see where we could save money but kept coming back to Ted Todd as the product was far superior and we felt the floor was something we wouldn’t change again. I am so glad we did!I dealt with Louise who was very helpful and knowledgeable, the order process was easy and she explained how to measure and factor in wastage and at the end of the fit, we were left with one and half planks so her calculations were accurate. We ordered the tubs of adhesive in the quantity recommended by Louise, but it was obvious immediately that as the floor was newly screed, it was absorbing it very quickly. I called Louise and she arranged for me to return the unopened tubs for a full refund and suggested I use their ‘sausages’ which I collected that day.Part way through the job, I decided to extend the floor into the utility to create the flow and with the fitters already on site, we were short on time. Louise arranged for next day delivery giving me time to allow the wood to acclimatise, which she had advised was crucial to prevent the floor from expanding and buckling after fitting. At the end of the job I was able to again return the unopened adhesives for a full refund. The floor looks fantastic and even the builders commented numerous times, it was the best they have ever seen. It probably gets more comments from guests than my actual kitchen! Thank you, great product and great service.
