Perfect Darts

Awful company, theyve made excuse after excuse when ive chased up my goods paid for 11 days ago., Changing excuses and saying hopefully they get there, They refused to refund and ive contacted them three times, AVOID.

I'd give more than five stars if I could. Brilliant service. Had a snapped point in a dart and sent them off after speaking to Jason on the phone he said he'd fix it and repoint my other darts too. He did exactly as promised and I had them back within a couple of days as good as new and with two sets of spare points thrown in as well. I already got all my equipment from Perfect darts and that won't be changing any time soon. Fantastic.

After many problem free orders with Perfect Darts, it's time to move on elsewhere after my last experience.I paid for 1st class delivery so after 3 days of my darts not arriving, I rang up and was informed that because of Christmas bank holidays and the Darts World Championship, things were been a bit hectic. I was reassured that my order was ready to go and should be sent out the next day, to arrive the Saturday.Once my darts had not arrived on Saturday, I rang again, this time I was heavily apologised to and told my darts 'WILL' be sent out on the Monday, to now arrive the Wednesday. When Wednesday's post came, my darts once again did not arrive, so I called again.I was then informed by Gary that it was all down to Covid-19 and a staffing issue. Absolute rubbish. Just excuses and if anything, rendering the previous reasons as outright lies.A shame, but I won't be treated poorly and continue to pay towards their business.

By far the best place to buy all things darts online. I only heard about Perfect Darts earlier in the week, compared to other online dart shops their website is great and easy to navigate, decided to order a load of flights and stems early Tuesday morning, chose 1st Class delivery and they were dispatched almost instantly and with me the following day. Brilliant service, can't recommend enough. Very happy customer.

Absolutely idiots !!!! Ordered a shirt and then received email saying it had been despatched . 1 week later and nothing had turned up . Emailed me saying we have refunded you and must have got lost in post. No tracking number and don't even sell them anymore so obviously never had one in the first place !!!!!!!!!!!! Joke shop !!!!!!!

Avoid avoid avoid, worst service I ever had with a darts company,no were near the delivery promise,other and better company's out there,save your time and effort shop somewhere else.......In reply to your message not much to resolve poor service,order not receive with in nearly 3weeks after paying for express delivery. Order cancelled after being offered silly excuses,so not sure what you mean by resolving the issue,total waste of time ordering anything from your company,and never will again
