Asked for an evaluation. Didn't turn up at the agreed time. When I rung to ask what happened was told they had forgotten with a list of excuses. Disappointed to also be told there is a charge for an evaluation of £99 if you aren't going to list the propery.

From the initial visit from Zac Harris, we knew we had the right Estate agents. Zav was polite, confident and professional. He gave good advice and actioned our sale efficiently. House details were prepared professionally and quickly. The house sold quickly but it did not end there. Kelly Lawrence gave brilliant support throughout the sale process. After previously having some very bad experiences with estate agents I have been totally blown away with your service at the Crowland Branch. You’ve been polite and helpful every time I have contacted you, have found out information when I have asked you and even took documents into Peterborough when I did not have the time due to work and childcare responsibilities. You’ve gone over and above and I have recommended you to everyone.
