Great staff, friendly place.

I want to thank Tommy, and the boys who worked on my Alfa Romeo. They were very kind and helpful, and I was so pleased with the service. Sometimes women of my age can be intimidated in such male-oriented establishments as garages and tyre depots. However, I was treated very well, and am very pleased with the outcome tyrewise. Will use Strathclyde Tyre Services at Kilmarnock again, when required.

Polite, helpful Staff that don't try to bully you into additional things. Best in Kilmarnock.

My car was in for two tyres on a Black Circles booking. I was down early so the car was pretty much taken straight away. The staff were pleasant and efficient and the job was carried out quickly.

Fitted 2 tyres which were booked online..Fast friendly service. No problems

Appalling garage, not only did they fit a wheel bearing (initial job) which failed again 2000 miles later due to nature of insertion (this was warranty replaced) however they had difficulty" with the new one and vehicle wasn't available when finish time was quoted. They also "balanced and tracked" my car which again wasn't correct and had to be redone within the next couple of days and again still wasn't 100%. Add to the fact they buzzgun/impact gun almost everything! They managed to thread my brand new track rod end resulting in having to cut it off and I'm now in the process of having to replace a driveshaft due to the shoddy removal at the initial bearing job which in turn damaged the (you guessed it) threads resulting in the nut now not going on the vehicle after a struggle to remove. Almost broke my arms undoing some bolts on vehicles they have touched with the gun Will NOT be using again"

The service is exslent staf is polite and helpfill very friendly and the tyre range is vast
