I booked to have all my windows (glass and frames) and doors to be replaced in late March and the job hasn't even been started yet. I have chased endlessly and even attempted to cancel a few times. Customer service is absolutely awful and the communication even worse, I definitely do not recommend this company and would have given zero stars if able to do so.

Rubbish used them for the green home Grant. Windows were half done. Also didn't even fit the loft hatch. By the way this all took a life time. Avoid this company

Very poor customer service provided by Nutec. On the surface they seem professional but once some work was done at my place not even to a basic standard they failed to come up with a suitable resolution. Customer service is non-existent here and communication is terrible despite highlighting it MULTIPLE times.

Stay away from this company!!!!Had the worst few weeks of my life dealing with them. Chose them to replace our front door and they have destroyed the front of our house. The door they fitted is wrong sized and doesn't even open enough to get my baby's pram in.Cleo and Robert only had excuses for everything.Very very unprofessional.
