Won't give me my parcel without a bar code - I DON'T HAVE ONE and said they don't deal with Evri and my parcel is an Evri -it says collect at City News this is correct!!

Extremely rude young man. very loud and aggressive to customers including myself. Demanded my phone to scan an eBay item. and walked off to another counter with it. My phone case has cards and cash in it and I said that I would hold my phone. He said I'm not gonna nick your money man" I said I didn't want him holding my phone because of Covid. (I'm a vulnerable person)He replied that I should not come out if that's how I felt and told me that I should order my eBay click and collect from somewhere else. I certainly will! Vile attitude. Avoid."

Awful experience earlier collecting a parcel, shop keeper was very rude and aggressive and two very dodgy men came in, leaned in my face and there was some kinda furtive money exchange going on with shop keeper. Never been so glad to leave a shop in my life. AVOID!

Do not use this parcel stop. Rude man swearing and shouting when I couldn’t find my delivery code quick enough. Happened both times I’ve used the stop. Never again.

Shop had my CollectPlus parcel delivered on Friday and then unprecedentedly shut the shop without notifying anywhere online.I've been calling and visiting the shop twice daily since Friday (it is now Wednesday by the time of writing this) and I'm yet to hear anything back or see it open.Absolutely avoid getting your parcels delivered here.

Shop owner lies about being closed when I want to go and pick up a parcel I know this cause the yodel delivery driver said the shop was closed couldn't collect my parcel Yesterday he was in shop was not closed But he refused to pick up my parcel from yodel shop owner don't care about customs service only his selfish attitude to click collect parcels from anyone. shop owner said I work from myself not yodel delivery service what a rude person !!

Went in to collect my parcel & a Dude with dreadlocks took my phone to a secret corner to see what I had ordered & then tried to pretend he hadn’t received it when he liked the look of what I received. I practically had to reach in and grab my parcel off him as he kept on protesting that he hadn’t received it. Gangsters.

Horrible experience.The worker in the late shift is disgusting, the way that he talk to people is horrible.I point that worker because he made me not going more to that shop but the rest of the workers are VERY bad as well. I have never been in a place with that poor customer service, seems like they are making you a favour for selling you something or send your parcel.Wont go again - thousand of off licences around with better workers.
