Mumford Contracting were employed to sand and treat and existing oak floor and fit new floor and oak skirting boards to match. From quotation to starting the job, communication was great and the job started as promised, on the agreed date.Dan worked to a very high standard and we were over the moon with the finished floor. Whilst he was with us we asked him to complete some additional jobs; some boxing in, adjust a few doors and a few other jobs, all of which were to the same high standard.Always arrived on time and worked hard, and cleared up every day, Thanks Dan. Highly recommended and we will have you back for more work for sure.

We asked Dan to build a bespoke oak room divider and a floor to ceiling media unit that incorporated an existing window to our own design. They also replaced the existing bannister and removed two stud walls. This was all completed within the agreed two week timescale. We are delighted with the results. Dan and Josh were both professional and friendly. The standard of their work was exceptional. We would not hesitate in recommending them and hope that they can do further work for us in the near future.

I can’t thank Munford Contracting enough for the brilliant job they did from start to finishing when laying our new wooden flooring, trimming doors, fitting new wooden skirting and oak thresholds.Professional from start to finish, I was kept well informed about the project, they were on time every morning, charming & polite to our neighbours, clean & tidy and went the extra mile to put my furniture back so I could use the room overnight.
