I was impressed from the start to the finish having rang up to find out about the Motability cars.I spoke with a very friendly and knowledgeable man called Jamie.I booked an appointment for the following day and was extremely happy with the whole experience which was made stress free, straightforward and easy due to Jamie’s help in this process.Would highly recommend!

Prior to the eventual purchase of my new Kia I visited the show room on three occasions. My test drive was arranged by Jamie and went smoothly. He gave me all the relevant information in a professional manner and without any sales pressure.I also drove a number of other cars before deciding to purchase a Kia. Great service so far from Dan a pleasure to deal with hope the arrival of the car goes well tomorrow. Update - sadly it didn’t rear parcel shelf was missing on delivery . So much for PDI . Was promised would be sent out on Friday and with me Monday . It wasn’t . Then promised it would be sent out on Weds and I would receive tracking number that day . It wasn’t and I didn’t . Contacted yesterday still waiting for an answer . Appears before have your money service is excellent but once have it customer service non existent . Very dissapointed . Update no 2 - contacted by sales manager on Saturday to apologise for issues . Pleased to say missing shelf finally dispatched on Monday and delivered today .
