After seeing Helen for several sessions I can confidently recommend The Physiotherapy Clinic; my quality of life has improved dramatically. Careful consideration for my highly specific condition of thoracic outlet syndrome, with strengthening, mobility and a daily exercises - set me on track for recovery.

Lisa and her team are amazing. I have had numerous problems with my knee, lower back and feet. Within a few sessions they have got me back to a pain free and mobile life. They are extremely skilled at knowing why , where and how the pain first started. Extremely hands on, they also give advise on exercises that help with the ongoing treatment. Have recommended many friends and family members.

I just had to do a review for Lisa. Been looking for answers to a pelvic problem for 7 years. Lisa has such a kene eye to pick up on the root problem that can cause lots of surrounding issues & dealing with the root, the other problems go away. She has a way to explain in a simplic confident manner which gives you confidence. Then Lisa gave me specific corrective movements and a plan of treatments with time scale. I think she is super talented & HIGHLY recommend her.

I have lived with pain and limited movement in my arm for 10 months. I had 4 appointments with Helen, and I am delighted to say I have complete movement now and minimal pain (aside from the odd twinge). I started to feel 75% better just after the 1st appointment, having had a massage and acupuncture. I was then given an exercise regime to follow, and I am now 95% improved.I genuinely can't thank Helen enough, she has changed my life.

I have been going here for the last 6 years. Helen has kept me mobile through multiple sports injuries over the years and allowed me to work through some pretty bad injuries. Its no massage, but she has you fighting fit very quickly and i cannot recommend her and the business enough. Highly educated and literally just want to help. Defo worth a shot
