Very friendly and helpful staff. Right from the start when I got the keys the team was so willing to help in any way. And now after 3 and a half years they have been more than helpful in ending the contract. I'm a little bit sad at leaving. But if I need a new place to live, I will be straight back to Kings.

I have been a tenant twice with kings lettings and was really pleased with their service. Agent fees are quite reasonable and their customer service is excellent. Unlike other agents their end of tenancy procedure is quite simple and they don't make unnecessary deductions from deposit. Staff is really friendly if you walk into their office when needed. Highly recommended !!

Daniela is outstanding in terms of customer service, after I had issues with a leak in the rental property on my move out day, she came within 5 minutes to help me out and stayed with me to explain the situation to the check out clerk. Highly recommend!
