Subject: Exceptional Bedroom Wardrobe Installation!Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)I recently had CREATE install our custom bedroom wardrobes in 3 rooms, and the experience was outstanding. From Jays expert design to the flawless craftsmanship of the installation team, every step was exceptional.Top-tier service, expert design, and unparalleled craftsmanship.

They do not want to know you after they have your money stay away from them. They wow you with the fancy sales room. Tried to fob us off with some cheap appliances event though we paid for the more expensive ones. Overall really bad customer care after they have your cash. Please do not use. Poor workmanship, poor after care. Do not pay up until you are 100%satisfied because once you do thats it, you are dead to them. After this review the called and assures me this would get sorted(as previously said dozens of times) funnily enough still no sign of anyone. Please please read the other reviews, lots of reviews saying very similar to me.

Create Kitchens and Bedrooms recently renewed my kitchen doors. Initially I only expected the actual doors to be replaced but the sides, cornices and more or less everything were replaced. Heat resistant sides were placed next to the oven door, a wonky old back of one of the cupboards was repaired and my kitchen now looks like a new one. All the rubbish was removed and the paving swept clean. From the initial sale to completion, everything went smoothly and professionally Will definitely recommend them

Ordered 3 wardrobes from this company back in November was blown away with how professional the company looked at the start but how wrong that would turn out to be.The wardrobe glass came scratched so had to get the changed and replaced which took 2 months to sort which came back with my partners name written on the side unable to clean off. Paid extra for a light in one wardrobe which has never been fitted or infact spoke to an electrician about. No screw caps were provided. They are meant to have soft close feature but they aren't working how I expect them to.When you try and contact them to find out when they will get it sorted no response or communication.I would give a 0 star if I could.

We have just had the kitchen fitted and could not be more delighted with it. Amran planned it perfectly, and he and Claire coordinated all of the workmen like clockwork. Obviously we had delays due to Covid19, as did everyone, but we were happy with the time scale. We had a few issues along the way which were all dealt with really quickly. Overall the quality is wonderful, and the price we paid was far more reasonable than the large chain we had previously ordered from. Thanks to all of your team.

The whole experience with the Create team was excellent.From start to finish, we received regular communication from Amran and Jay. Any issues were discussed and resolved with minimum fuss. The design team accommodated all our resqusts. The delivery and quality of materials did not dissapoint. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and would recommend Create to others.Thanks guys!

Had the new kitchen drawn by Saj in the showroom, came out to confirm spacing and measured areas, units delivered, minor tweaks required but actioned straight away, had the Kitchen fitted by Gary Marshall, well pleased with units and fitting, I would recommend.

Just had a new kitchen fitted including new flooring and lighting. The work was excellent. Amren co ordinated everything perfectly and made a potentially stressful job as stress free as possible. The workmen were polite and friendly. They cleared the old kitchen away and left everything neat and tidy. Any minor problems were dealt with immediately and efficiently. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you to all involved.

Don't bother - even if the initial conversation feels right. Once they have your money, the service and authenticity goes out the window. They will 100% lie to get you to agree, then force you to go into store for any type of response.Our small kitchen install, took at least 10+ revisits to resolve the issues from the original installation by SEVERAL workmen - which was abysmal.Didn't get what we ordered, was asked to re-choose appliances via text using blurry images with a finger over the cost price?Delivery was late, install date changed, wrong items sent, appliances originally chosen weren't ready at the time - still charged the same for a cheaper oven. European plugs sent for the lighting (was sold as proper under cupboard lighting, was instead VELCROED and plugged in - leaving wires visible and looks awful). Doors don't close, worktops are wonky and the sealant has come out - despite several attempts to fix - this will never stay as the worktops are WONKY. These are a few things, but the whole install was utter chaos.Eventually had to report to ICO as they are not correctly handling data and lied on phone recordings.Saj and Claire will straight up lie to you, astounded how rude Claire was and probably still is.Basically, just don't bother. This is just a scratch on the surface.Their status on Company House is Dissolved so they're probably going bust. Will be sure to take your money before they do..

Had made to measure wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside drawers with headboard made and fitted. Electrical work including chasing out, wiring for new sockets, which was then plastered over to make good. All workmen, including delivery men, were polite, friendly and helpful. They left the room clean and tidy each day before leaving. All rubbish was taken away.Amran did a good job of designing after listening to our requirements and giving us good advice. He also rang to check we were happy with each job as it was completed.Thank you very much to all concerned.
