Despite repeated requests for them to stop calling me, Foxtons continually call with harassing phone calls trying to get me to sign up with them. The be asked about 4 times to be taken off all call lists but the calls don't stop - avoid.

As a first time buyer I really appreciated the professionalism and level of organisation that Foxtons offer. Sophie was my contact and she was very personable, understood what I was looking for and what my budget was. Hunting for properties is taxing enough as it is, so having someone like Sophie to help is a great bonus!

My personal contact was Alexander Thomas and it was thanks to him that we managed to get the sale through within a reasonable time frame. Alex is the best estate agent I ever worked with. Both have been most professional throughout and bona fide gentlemen.It's been a bit of a roller-coaster for us with a couple of other estate agents involved at earlier stages and I can honestly say that Foxtons were the only ones that kept in touch with updates on a regular basis... no matter what!It's easy to keep communications going if things are looking up and the sale process is progressing. But when wheels fall off and chains collapse and things go back to square one that's when those regular updates make the real difference. It's so crucial to have that reassurance that one was not 'forgotten' because it just had not turned out to be an 'easy sale' for the agent.
