Treeside Alpacas

We had a great time at Treeside Alpaca's. We walked Darwin & Alfie, Nigel's knowledge was amazing, so friendly and answered any questions we had. A brilliant guide. Was great to interact so closely with the Alpaca's and getting to feed them at the end. Amazing experience, highly recommend.

I went on the Alpaca walk yesterday and had a lovely time I would highly recommend it to anyone what a great experience. Nigel who lead the trek was very friendly and provided information which I found interesting about the Alpacas.

Alpaca walking was a fab experience. Nigel was very informative, knowledgeable and we learned a lot about alpacas. Lovely walk and great little characters to show us the way. Would definitely recommend and go again. Great for children and adults. Thanks for a great time.

We had a lovely experience meeting the boys" of Treeside farm. We began our afternoon trek by getting to know our new best friend. The idea behind this is so your alpaca feels comfortable with his new leader before setting off but they seemed to want to get more acquainted with the juicy leaves on the bramble bush. LOL.Once introductions are over we then set off on our stroll down a tree and hedge lined bridle path. It was a very pleasant amble with several stops so the alpacas could have a quick munch to keep them happy. The return journey did go much quicker and I wonder whether the tasty bowl of food that they all get at the end of the trek had anything to do with that!Our hosts were very friendly and imparted much information about alpacas. I feel like I've come home a semi alpaca expert. It was a very enjoyable afternoon's activity and would definitely recommend this experience."

We so enjoyed our experience. My cousin and I went for our birthday treat. We really had the best time. The owner was so friendly & knowledgable and was constantly giving us information about their habits / care and behaviours. It was so interesting. I would definitely recommend this to give for an original gift. The alpacas were calm and very easy to handle. We walked with Bomber and Bruno who loved a roll in the dry mud. A wonderful afternoon. So worth it.

What a wonderful walk spent with Nigel, Chester and Bruno. The Alpacas are clearly well loved and cared for on this superb family farm. I've learnt so much about Alpacas today and highly recommend coming to spend time with these calming, characterful animals. Will be back again soon with my children.

5* plus. Nigel is really knowledgeable about the Alpacas, and they're clearly cared for very well. It was a lovely relaxing and informative walk, such good value for money. My grand-daughter loved it so much that she wanted to go back again the next time we have her. She's never that enthusiastic about anything. Small group too, so we could chat. Fabulous experience and we'll be booking again for sure.

Absolutely brilliant. Gorgeous animals which are clearly well cared for.What impressed me most was how attentive Nigel was to the personalities of each alpaca. When I asked if we could choose our own, he stated that he preferred to gauge each person and pair them with the alpaca that would be most comfortable; he still factored in our preferences, but the animals came first.A lot of years and dedication have gone into this business, and it's very worthy of our support.

Wow! What a brilliant experience today spent on an alpaca trek with Nigel, so thoroughly enjoyable and Nigel made the experience great with his in depth knowledge and love for the alpacas, can’t wait to book in again in the summer! The day has left us in great spirits and super happy☺️

Located just off the motorway, Treeside Alpacas is very easy to get to & find. Our guide was very knowledgeable & the alpacas that we took out were fun to be around. They settled to us as a group quite quickly, & it is interesting observing their herd hierarchy. They do like to stop & graze, so it is more of a gentle stop/start walk rather than a 2 hour trek
