Have had multiple great experiences with ACG. Fitted a new radiator for me- really tidy work to a high standard. Helped with replacing poor plumbing work in the kitchen and even managed to talk me through a problem I had with a sewage leak over the phone until they could get to me. Chris came around today to give our boiler a gas safety check. He arrived promptly on time, didn’t mind me watch as he worked and was explaining things to me as he was doing them. Thanks Chris.Chris paid a quick visit to help fix a small toilet flush issue, despite my lack of DIY plumbing skills and an old fashioned flush valve, he quickly and cleverly realised the issue and came up with an easy solution. Efficient, turned up on time and it also seems he is a dog whisper too, sound service and lovely chap.

Chris fixed 2 leaking radiators and serviced our combi boiler, fixing a leaking valve as well.He was punctual, friendly, and explained all work that needed doing, including keeping us informed of parts and prices. Chris has an honest and professional work ethic and I would have no hesitancy in calling him again for gas / plumbing works. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a problem with our boiler, no hot water or heating, needed an emergency fix. I was passed Chris’s number from a friend. Chris came round that evening straight from another job and then was back 8 o’clock the following morning with the part to get our boiler back up and running. Chris also came back shortly after to give our boiler a full service. Overall Chris carried out a great job for us, very professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend to others.
