Absolutely brilliant.I've been treated by both, Caitlyn and Calum. They both have very different skills, but they both achieve the best results.I suffer from Fibromyalgia, amongst other things, but I feel pain everywhere all of the time.The Recovery Lab know how to keep me mobile.Give them a call, I totally recommend them.

I was having issues with muscle stiffness on my left leg/lower back, booked in for a sports massage with Callum. He was very knowledgeable on how to improve the situation not only in the short term but also how to reduce stiffness going forward.

Booked myself a massage with Calum. It is honestly the best thing I have done for myself. Calum was so professional and did a fantastic job at helping me with my back pain. I knew I was in good hands from the minute I arrived. I would deffo recommend everyone to book an appointment with this place and I will deffo be a returning customer. Thank you Calum for allowing me the chance to wake up this morning not feeling crippled in pain!

Caitlyn was great. My back has been in pain for years and she was more than happy to help me. I was actually very nervous and quite scared about acupuncture, but Caitlyn put my mind at ease and she was absolutely brilliant about it. My back instantly felt a lot less tight. I would highly recommend her and The Recovery Lab Fife.

My daughter is an elite gymnast and has been struggling with pain in her hips and knees for months. Callum was fantastic, taking time to work out what she was struggling with to target the best areas to achieve best results. Almost instantly she saw a huge difference in her pain levels. She will definitely be back if her muscles start to ache again. I would definitely recommend the recovery lab. Thank you

Caitlyn and her team are great! Had my first session with Callum today which was a fantastic sports massage which was really good. Caitlyn had a great range of knowledge about everything! Definitely recommend
