Awful experience. Textbooks are full of errors. Awful customer service - actually the customer service is missing at all. People from their call centre are ignorant and unhelpful.

I didn't have a chance to check the book yet so I can not comment on it but I had an issue with my order. I emailed them and they responded straight away. I live in London and the next day my order had arrived. Shopping from Kaplan Publishing was a lovely experience.
