Food obviously amazing so is service but all of the tables covered in dirty things like ketchup crumbs and you name it but it was really nice! Again,Great Staff and service:) Thank you McDonald's Perth

Originally reviewed 3 stars over 4 years ago. However, it seems as though attitudes and standards have changed since then and so I'll give it 4 now. Food feels fresher/more recently prepared, and service is neat as most (non-teen/young adults) are friendly and welcoming.

Was rushed with my order. Had to repeat everything twice. Still got the wrong order. Had a 3 year old in the car and they made me go round to the drive through again as they didn’t get the order right the first time and no kids meal. Ask for manager. No interest in solving this matter what

Orders are often enough taken incorrectly. Receive the wrong things 2-3 out of 10 times. Especially when using drive thru. Great for an odd craving here and there.

Arrived around 7, restaurant was empty but there was around 20 online orders waiting for a driver, ordered on the machine, took forever for our order number to appear on the screen, orders made after ours were being called out (similar or bigger order to ours), it was taking ages so i decided to go and ask, and miraculously the order was ready the second I went to ask. The food was normal mcdonalds quality, but the milkshakes tasted very odd.

Always order from here and no complaints for food., But today when I ordered through app (sitting in restaurant), my order didn't go through, so I went near the till to get it sorted and it took almost 10minutes just to order large hot chocolate. No greetings from the staff. After sometime, I received wrong order, instead of hot chocolate, I got coffee. Front staffs are doing nothing but standing and this is absolutely ridiculous. Its not like that, restaurant is too busy. Do appreciate their hardwork but we as a customer do pay and expect best service.

I always prefer to have Nuggets, and Milkshake here. Serving time is also very efficient. I always visit this McDonald’s rather than at Broxden round about. House keeping wise it’s too poor. I hope they will allot a housekeeping staff as per required.

Museum was interesting- lots to see, restaurant was very good and the cable car and walk at the top well worth the extra money. Views incredible.

Waited longer than normal for our food. Priority now seems to be given to delivery orders.Most tables had not been cleared and the ones that had been cleared were not wiped clean.Bins were full Floors were dirty and toilet had toilet roll all over the floor.Things have changed here and this is now the dirtiest Mcdonalds Ive ever been in. Very disappointing
