Really pleased with the whole experience of purchasing laminate flooring. Would highly recommend this shop as quote was a fair price and everyone I dealt with was really helpful and responsive. Mike the fitter was throughly professional and decent and went out of his way to add finishing touches like making sure the door fitted over the new floor.

Good with marketing but poor with actual installation. Also 20% discount on karndean lvt is not true. we have issues such as Gaps , incomplete near corners, peeling off planks , wavy subfloor and almost 0 after installation service.We chose this flooring company over availability and based on their marketing speech. Every sentence had a word Perfect" .But during installation we heard lot of exaggerated complaints from these guys about builder just to keep increasing the quote.Also they don't like any complaints brought to them. According to them they did perfect job and every complaint

We had Carpet and Flooring Co on Fernhill Road, Farnborough lay new laminate flooring to our Kitchen, Diner, Hallway, carpet on the staircase and landing as well as Karndean LVT to the en-suite and Bathroom. The fitters were polite and tidy, and our floors look amazing, thanks to everybody's hard work. I would definitely recommend them.

Carpet & Flooring Co fitted Moduleo flooring in my dining & living room last week and I am so pleased with the end result! The team offered really sound advice and guidance which helped me make a decision on what type of flooring was most suitable. Special thanks to George for helping me decide what colour I should go for and also the fitters, Mez and Cal, who worked tirelessly to give me a fabulous end result! (They were also really diligent in clearing up as they went along and also at the end of the day).Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Hi. Posting under my Google account but my real name is Niall Kynoch. Recently Carpet & Flooring removed our old stairs carpet and replaced it with new carpet and underlay as the old one was 8 years old and really worn out. The fitters were very polite very efficient and did a great job. We have used this company for many years, and in fact they also did the living room in June with laminate flooring, and the dining room as well. Always get a great service and a great price from them. I would recommend Carpet & Flooring Co. to anyone.

Trevor and his team were fantastic and efficient helping select and fit laminate wood flooring in our new home.The team were very knowledgable throughout the whole process, especially when going through all the styles and options in shop. They were also very accommodating of our quick turnaround.Our fitter Mike was polite and worked very efficiently, keeping the space clean and accessible if needed. We chose Quick Step Toasted Oak - CLM5796 and couldn’t be happier.Would absolutely reccomend. Thank you Carpet & Flooring Co Farnborough !

Just a quick note to say thank you to Trevor who helped me enormously in my hour of need! I sent a fitter from my carpet shop in South London to fit a carpet which needed an unexpected join and we didn't t have any heat seaming tape on board! Trevor kindly gave us the amount we needed to do the job! Now that's customer service!

This was due to our need not due to anything Trevor or team had done wrong.Again, Trevor was super easy to deal with and Ben, the fitter, not only fixed our issue but spent time giving me some top tips for maintenance beyond what you can read online.Still highly recommended!ORIGINAL REVIEWGreat personal service.Trevor really went out of his way to help us make what is a big decision.His team are all polite, professional and capable.Very responsive and we are very pleased with the finished product.Recommended.
