From my first phone call enquiring re two new windows, to today when I am the proud owner of the same, Warwick Developments have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.They came to measure and quote in good time. Have managed to manufacture and fit my windows earlier than originally promised.The Sales Consultant I dealt with is professional, excellent in communicating and answered all my questions patiently!!The fitters were so careful with my property in every respect and the new windows look great. When they’d finished one wouldn’t know they’d been.All in all I couldn’t have wished for a more smooth, helpful service with a great end product.

We're been a repeat customer at Warwick for a number of years. They provide very high quality products and their friendly team offer fantastic customer service. We don't go anywhere else for our vertical sliding windows.

Warwick installed two patio doors and a new front door. I was impressed with quality materials offering a very secure access to the house. Ryan was very professional and courteous and helped us understand the products and made welcome suggestions when we had questions around the design. The install was two days (with inclement weather) and was fitted with no issues though it weas a slightly complicated layout with restricted access to the balcony for the patio doors. The price is very competitive, and the materials are excellent. Would fully recommend using this company for any window or door replacements going forward.

Outstanding customer service and support. Although our job was quite small we were provided a personal level of service ensuring we were happy with everything before moving to manufacturing and installation.It was a pleasure to deal with Ryan, the level communication and service was second to none, rare to find these days. We love our new bi-fold doors!

I can not recommend this company high enough. From the start with Ryan who was my initial contact and quoted for the windows. He also went above and beyond when I made a mistake on the type of glass I wanted, exchanged the unit and picked the replacement up before he started work in the morning. The fitters arrived on time and did a great job with minimum mess and also cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and friendly, this is a major part of the job as they are with you for a few days. The windows are fitted and look great. Thank you.

All we can say from start to finish the team at Warwick Development have been a class above the rest.From the initial tour of the showroom and showing us the different types of doors to the patterns and styles which were available was so much appreciated and enabled us to make our decision much easier.As always we did what everyone did and shopped around but our decision was made on a few points the most important being ; Ryan- this gent knows his stuff and speaks to you like a real person not a robot. (Heart on his sleeve, what you see is what you get) he made our customer journey 10 out of 10 and is a real master of his craft.Next the guys in the office were more than happy to drop what they were doing as we popped in unannounced. This shows that they care about customers which was a massive highlight to us compared to their competitors. Then the product its self is fantastic and I believe it’s 100% made in the UK, which in this day and age is great to find.Finally the installation the guys were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and gave even more information about general upkeep of our locks on our door.All I can say is the team at Warwick are in my experience the best in the business.If you need a door within Yorkshire, Derbyshire or even further a field you will not get a better service and product than these.Thank you guys you have a customers for life.RegardsAsh and Rea

Great quality fully mechanical vertical sliders at a competitive price. The end customer is over the moon with everything! Excellent customer service and after care from Becky Cardwell, who agreed to send us a replacement part FOC as a goodwill gesture.

Had a really good experience with Warwick installing our new french doors. There was a hold up with the frame which was through no fault of theirs, simply a supply issue due to Covid. Throughout this period they maintained constant contact giving us updates and really trying their best to fit us in in time. The reassurance was much appreciated as we were on a tight deadline. The doors look great now and we're really pleased with the installation and overall quality of them.

Having seen some doors installed by Warwick Development at a family friends house, we decided to reach out to discuss our options and get a quote.Cut a long story short, Ryan and the team were on point from start to finish. Ryan was honest and upfront and we didn’t ever feel like he was selling to us and the ball was very much in our court, but when we did reach out, response times were quick. Comms throughout was great and the installation itself was very smooth and they took good care of the doors that were taken out as we wanted to use them for another purpose.The doors themselves are great quality, there are a lot of colours to choose from, and really happy with the price/quality too.100% recommend.(Before and after shots below)

Shambolic service. All a door needs to do is open and close every time. The door on our house does neither reliably. IT KEEPS LOCKING US OUT! I waited in this morning for an hour waiting for you to come and fix this. Nobody came. I called and was given a feeble (and slightly differing between 2 people...) excuse about a van. I’m not interested in excuses. You’ve been twice before and not fixed it. Nobody called about the delay, I was just left to get annoyed as I was missing an hours overtime.And you’ve had, what? 4-5 attempts now in the last 6 months to get us some keys for the window locks. What’s the excuse for that? I’d love to hear it.The front door is flimsy, and expands in the sun which flexes it out from the wall. Not acceptable. I can see why you have so many one star Google reviews. But how about at least trying to fix the product you supplied? You never know, it might be third time lucky!UPDATEAlso they supplied two bifold doors for our newbuild. They leaked. They were leaking when I wrote the above review, but at the time I wasn’t sure of how or why.The MD of Warwick Developments stood next to those doors in my house and guaranteed that they weren’t leaking. He guaranteed that…..I now have a detailed repost from a leak and damp specialist detailing how and why these doors leaked. As one was on the first floor it was letting water into the ceiling below. That one also leaked from the top. The lower door was leaking into the floor and ruined the floor. These doors are now both removed. I have a pic of one of them in a skip. It cost me over £14,000 to replace these poorly made units with something better and waterproof. That’s the quality of the firm you’re dealing with. Your choice.
