Argos Cameron Toll (Inside Sainsbury's)

Kyle helped my wife with a purchase. She said he was the most helpful sales assistant she had every come across. Enthusiastic and informative. She made me write this!

Love some Argos deals but made to feel very uncomfortable by Thomas. From the moment I entered the store it seemed the advisor wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. He was extremely rude and hostile. I was surprised with this attitude and asked to speak to a manager, Thomas then claimed he was the manager and asked me to leave the store so he could attend to 'more important things'. Extremely unprofessional, please investigate Argos

i bought 2 TX30 head phones for my kids one lasted a day it brokeso i took it back with recipe and was told from 2 young girls they could not send it back cause they would have to pay the money for it they put it down to accidental damage witch i would like to know how they know that! it was not accidental damage i have red up and there very common for this fault,the service was very poor and very disappointed with them.so i went home and contacted the manufacturers and got a great response from them! more than the Argos customer service!manufacturers were not happy how Argos handled this!

Located at the rear wall of the Sainsbury supermarket. Only one of the customer terminals was on at our last visit. But the area was empty so no biggy. Second Argos we'd tried, but like the other, stock levels were zero on the items and alternatives we were looking for. This is no doubt COVID-19 related. But makes Argos an irrelevant outlet as we did a 180 and behold there were items to buy on the Sainsbury displays.

Not visiting again as long as I can help it. Horrible assumptions that you're a shoplifter first. Useless and insulting staff.

I just wanted to write to say I had absolutely brilliant and excellent customer service from Kyle at Cameron Toll Argos yesterday (26th July 2023). I ordered a saucepan online and opted to collect it from a Sainsbury's close to my home but there was a problem as two days later it hadn't got there. I went down to the Cameron Toll Argos to see if they could help me. Kyle was brilliant, he worked out had happened to my order (it had accidentally got sent to another Sainsbury's and was then sent back to the warehouse). Kyle arranged for it to be delivered to the correct Sainsbury's near my home the next day and sure enough today I got a text to say it was there. I so appreciated Kyle going above and beyond to help me out. Thanks Kyle for being so nice and sorting out my order. You were GREAT! And the saucepan is too!

Ordered a laptop on website that assured it would be there at 9am the next day. Once I arrived was met by one person on the till and a very long queue. I waiting for 15-20min just ti be told my order might be here in the afternoon. Thanks.

Ok but their website is not so brilliant. It is also very much pigs in pokes as you cannot see the physical article until you unpack the box.

I was astounded by the customer service and friendly welcome I was offered by a staff member called Raees when I went in to buy a WIFI extender, he knew so much about them and helped me through the buying process, cannot recommend this store enough.
