My sister booked an appointment, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances She had to Cancel. The Rudeness she received when trying to cancel and rearrange was unbelievable. I was sat beside her and was horrified when she was told to NEVER book an apportionment, or return back to the shop, She has used this busines before many times. She was very upset by the way she was treated And I am also upset by the way they conducted their business with my sister and made her feel bad. DISGRACEFUL!

If you wish to relax go & have a treatment you will feel so good afterwards Place spotless clean covid rules met Staff all excellent very helpful While there you can pick up a Christmas gift or vouchers or your partner can Go on treat your self or a friend

The therapist was lovely, very professional, friendly. Rooms were clean, given time and privacy to change. The only problem I have is the £5 charge for ppe which is scandalous, the rooms are cleaned after each client so that amount for a pair of gloves and a face mask is absolutely ridiculous

Incredible anti aging facial. The best birthday treat to myself. The therapist was highly skilled and left me looking and feeling relaxed and amazing. Everything was so calming, comfortable and cozy. Will def be coming back to these highly skilled hands and perfect products.
