Jack and his team did a great job, replacing fascias , soffits, installing new downpipes. They also cleaned the conservatory roof which came out above expectations.

Jack and his team were brilliant very professional and took great care in removing the original tiles as we wanted to keep to the original tiled roof and he spent time searching to match the old ones as possible. They stripped the whole roof put in new battens and lining our eaves were quite difficult to do but they never complained excellent job would highly recommend.Penny

I went through the very painful task of contacting several roofers across North London starting by way of friends’ referrals before finally settling on Moore Roofing & Co.Some roofers either failed to show just to inspect the damage caused by Storm Eunice and provide a quote, others kept increasing their prices from their original estimates, some never called back, some used few words to say they were too busy (a flat out “No”) and some didn’t even read the brief.I specifically requested a dry ridge system (aka mechanical fix). All, bar Moore Roofing and one other roofer, ignored the request quoting a sand and cement repair only!Jack Moore contacted me almost immediately after receiving my message and made an appointment to come round to see the work a couple of days later. He was friendly and upbeat, he listened to my concerns, talked through the proposed works with me, he didn’t rush off and he issued a quote very quickly indeed. His energy was so positive, he came across as instantly trustworthy.After being let down by his regular scaffolder and not wanting to put me under more stress in terms of waiting, Jack arranged for another Jack (Jack Scaffolding Ltd) - another pleasant, no-nonsense young professional - to deliver and erect a scaffolding tower. This work was executed within a day’s turnaround with minimal disruption to me.Two days later, the Moore Roofing team arrived early and completed the work in under four hours! Very friendly guys - Jaime was so polite and respectful. Felt bad that I didn’t have any spare change on me to treat him and the team to a beer/lunch because they worked quickly and methodically. The best part was that they cleared away everything afterwards - no sign they were even there.Sadly, I didn’t receive ‘aerial drone shots’ of the ‘Before’ and ‘After’ like other reviewers on here so I have no idea what the view looks like from a plane and, let’s face it, I’m hardly going to venture up the scaffolding to double-check (can’t do heights) but it would have been nice to receive the photos.However, Jaime did keep me posted on what they were doing/what they had done and he crossed me over to the other side of the road for me to see the work. Very aesthetically pleasing.I’m overjoyed that the work has finally been completed. It looks awesome, no patch-working here (all old hip/ridge tiles were removed and replaced with brand spanking new ones and, better yet, they were all firmly secured using a dry ridge system). I also have an awesome 15 year warranty.What “Moore” could one ask for?I’d definitely recommend Moore Roofing & Co (and Jack Scaffolding Ltd) all day long!

Jack and his team did a great job fixing the valley gutter on my roof, as well as replacing broken tiles along the hips.They were friendly, helpful in explaining the work and progress and left everything very tidy. I recieved photos of the completed work after each day.I would certainly use Moore Roofing again and can recommend them to others.

Jack Moore and his team did the main part of the work - new skylights and slates on a sloping roof, and new felt on a flat roof - to what appears to be a high standard, efficiently and with care. But be cautious with this contractor. After we had paid and the scaffolding was taken down, we found that there was debris from the work blocking a gutter, damage to at least one tile on a secondary roof, and damage to a sewage pipe from a top floor bathroom, putting that room out of use. Repeated requests over many weeks to make good the damage were not acted on. In summary, the contractor did not complete the job to the high standard one would expect for the price charged, and left us with costly damage and weeks of inconvenience.

Jack was very responsive at a time close to the storm in England when other roofers were either not answering the phone or not calling people back. Jack was able to fit me in for a quote and explained the issues clearly with drone pics.I'd had quotes from 2 other companies, and even if Moore Roofing didn't come in cheaper (which they did) I would have gone with them anyway as I liked the approach.Jack kept me up to date with arrangements and took into account some of my requests.The work was carried out with no disruption to my usual routines, they took away all building waste and have even given me before/after pics from the drone.All this backed up by a 15 year guarantee.Would defo recommend.

I had a leak from a corroded downpipe into a hopper on a balcony which was causing damp. Gutters were also cleared and blockages dealt with. Very good friendly service and thorough
