IMO Car Wash
If your planning on using this place for a valet- avoid at all cost! They leave the car unattended and running!I just went to pick my car up from here and there was nobody there and to my horror they left the keys in the car and the engine running!I was waiting 10 minutes before the guy came back. So I have no idea how long he had left my car unattended for. He also wasn't bothered by the fact I knew that he left it unattended!Pathetic service

IMO Car Wash
Tried the ceramic Xtr it cost £17 but well worth it, we took our car after the rain dumped a huge amount of sand all over the car. The cat wash was very busy but got through the cars quickly. A nice feature is that they hand pre-wash your car, it makes a difference & the ceramic coating is amazing a really high gloss & when it rains the drops just roll off. I would definitely recommend the ceramic xtr

IMO Car Wash
Good carwash and valet. However, the gentleman in the car behind me rear ended me as he failed to follow the instructions on the board prior to entering the carwash. The operator on duty at the time was really apologetic and very professional. To reduce the likelihood of a similar incident happening again, it would be good for operators to reiterate that gearboxes are to be left in neutral when they are asking what level of carwash drivers want as some people clearly don't read signage.

IMO Car Wash
Value for money and car is spotless both outside and underneath. Go for the more expensive option for a good shiny finish. (Not necessarily the most expensive I wish to add).

IMO Car Wash
I think it was the guys first day, I turned up and the machine seemed to be malfunctioning and there was a single employee there looking stressed trying to deal with customers in the valet bit along with cars waiting to go in the machine.Not sure what's up with this particular machine either, when I come out of this one the blow dryer at the end makes it so my windshield is completely drenched and I have to use my wipers anyway.

IMO Car Wash
Really poor car wash, staff don’t pre wash car properly - literally run around the car with the jet wash in 10 seconds and call this a pre wash, so the wash will cause scratches to paintwork, they also wash the front and back of car with a brush they keep in dirty gritty water, also say they’re open till 6:30pm but closed at 6:10pm today (Saturday)

IMO Car Wash
Very busy indeed last time I went. Almost ran into the back of a car while in the car wash, but that was the driver in front's fault. Don't apply the brakes and stall the car while it's still being dried off. Not IMOs fault, though.
