Hendy Ford

It was a long way to travel to get the model I wanted (560 mile round trip), but definitely worth it. Shame the local Ford dealer couldn't have tried harder to locate the exact vehicle I wanted!

Friendly and professional approach to customers, but unfortunately totally abysmal on the actual servicing work and dealing with any problems. I'm sure they're probably fine if there's nothing wrong with your car and you just need the paperwork to show an annual service of some sort was done - but if you actually need anything fixing or putting right then save yourself some trouble and wasted money by finding a proper local workshop that gives a monkey's. There are at least two very good ones within a couple of miles, and my experience of the quality of their work and customer service puts Hendy to shame.I did e-mail Hendy about this at the time, twice, and then followed up ten weeks later just out of curiosity: the end result was a lame half-apology that just wasted more of my time. Their actions are not those of a company that cares about its reputation or customers - seriously, go somewhere else.

Never had any problems with Henley Ford Redhill. From buying the car to servicing and its MOT . Very easy to deal with. Although.. on the last service they couldn't check rear brakes as can't get wheels off this type of vehicle. It's a Ford Ecosport.. in a Ford garage, so found this odd.

I find them rather average, they continually address me by the wrong name (previous vehicle user) despite having corrected the details many times. The car never gets washed at a service despite the high price. Constantly bombarded afterwards with calls to survey performance

I would like to express our gratitude to Benjamin Raines who helped us find and test drive a 3yr old, low mileage, Ford Focus last Friday (2nd June). We found him to be very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and overall a very pleasant guy to deal with. He did everything he said he would, without fail. I am also very impressed with some body work repairs we requested to some cosmetic scratches, you would not know it had been done! My recent purchase was a great experience. I was extremely happy with Ashley from the sales team, and after a test drive I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the new Puma. It proved to be a great drive with lots of good features as standard. To sum up, if you like a new Ford from a main dealer then take a look here, I’d recommend them, especially as I have had good experiences here for many years.

I took my car to Ford in Redhill as someone had literally smashed my wing mirror back to front, it was working mechanically or anything, expecting an extortionate price. But I knew I HAD to get it fixed due to it being on the drivers side. Gary from “parts” came to look at it, fixed it for me, and all I needed was to replace the glass. Not only did he save me a fortune, he was a genuinely nice guy too. I will be singing his praises for years to come! Thank you Ford in Redhill

I highly commend and thank Gary from ford Redhill for his exceptional customer service. He was polite professional and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. He kindly went out of his way to help me on 2 occasions repairing my vehicle and he did amazing job as well as taking away all the stress and worry I had about sorting my car out I really appreciate his help and would love this to be recognised.I would also like to thank roger from sales for his help and excellent costumer service and helping me out when I had no clue what I should do about me car.Great work Redhill ford a very happy costumer.

My experience of Hendy Ford Redhill was extremely good. My vechile was repaired under warranty with no quibble from Ford.Was kept well informed with a friendly manner. Additional maintenance works I requested was done in the same time frame.Seems like a great team at Hendy Ford Redhill.

The vehicle is decent but service on aftersales is absolutely awful. No communication, no reply to messages left and didn’t solve the issue. Had similar experience a few years ago and I was hoping they would have improved. Sadly not. Letting down the brand.
