Wandsworth School of Gymnastics

Poorly run. Adults are not allowed to watch the kids. When I asked why this was, first they said covid (covid was over a year ago!), then they said because it was a school….every time I’ve looked at my daughter through the window the young kids have been doing NOTHING (sitting on a bouncy thing), sitting on the side and chatting. Once my daughter was doing rollies all by herself unaccompanied….also, very rude customer service. If you have kids here, I’d recommend taking them elsewhere for gymnastics.

My daughter has started at Wandsworth Gymnastics recently and made very quick progress - after just three sessions she can now pretty much do a cartwheel and is always keen to show off what she has been learning. She loves it. Also Ty (head coach?) has been extremely helpful with settling her in and sorting out her uniform etc.Only reason for 4/5 stars is that admin can be slow to respond to emails and I’ve had to call a few times to get answers on more than one occasion.Ultimately, my daughter loves it and is making huge leaps with confidence and skills, which are the most important things, and I’d recommend their sessions!

Was OK while the kids were attending although several last-minute cancellations were annoying and never refinded. However what is worse is after cancelling with notice, they have continued to charge us and will not respond to communications. I'm now having to raise a dispute via my bank which is a huge hassle.

My daughter has made great progress at Wandsworth Gymnastics School and has learn how to do back hand springs. Coaches here know what they are doing !

This is my favourite gymnastics school since we moved to London. I trust the coaches with my child and I know how well they look after her. Therefore, I don't mind the drop off policy as the staff explained to me that it would be a safety issue if 30 parents roam around the school unaccompanied. Definitely recommend to parents who wish for safe and empowering sport for their shy children.

I really don't understand the negative review and decided that this place needs some better reviews for their amazing services. The coaches are lovely and my kids have a fabulous time here with a beautiful mix of competitiveness and a feeling of a supporting community!

My two sons go to Wandsworth Gymnastics and they love it. My older son is so passionate about gymnastics and have achieved so much in attending this school. He is taught well and coaches are professional. I am forever thankful to Wandsworth gymnastics. Well done for the great Job and keep it up.

Lovely customer service for both kids and parents. It is great to find a warm community when you move to a new place.

My daughter has been going to Wandsworth School of Gymnastics for the past 5 years. 2 years ago she was selected for the squad, four hours of training on a Saturday, that she loves. She recently took part in a gymnastics competition and was delighted to come in third place in her category with her partner.
