Small waiting area but animal appointments seem to be spread out so there is no overcrowding. Staff friendly and efficient and my dog did not seem distressed at all.Plenty of parking spaces round about. Tel call from the vet to say all well after dogs operation. Consultation when arrived to pick her up then follow up a few days later.. Reasonable costs.

Staff explained exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. Very pleased with everything about the visit,as it is not normally a pleasant experience for either pets or owners. Would highly recommend.

All the staff, vets, receptionists etc are kind caring people. Not only in their interactions with pets but supportive of owners. Try to give treatment at the best possible price. Not surprised there is a waiting list of people wanting to use this practice

The best vet in the North East. Staff are kind and compassionate. Same staff for years which shows they are happy. Jim is so knowledgeable as are Jen and Jenny. There is good reason there is a waiting list.

Friendly and helpful. So gentle with my dog and cat. I totally trust this practice and have for many years with previous pets. We would not go anywhere else.
