Hailey is friendly and professional and will listen to what it is that you want to do with your hair and work with you to get the best result. She cares about her clients and always makes sure their happy with the result and if not will restyle your hair for you. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of making any changes to your hair.

Thank you for my son’s haircut today. You were so patient with him and he had a really fun time. Loved the extra touch of chocolate, bubbles and a balloon at the end. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone else with a feisty toddler as it’s so hard to find someone who is willing to cut a wriggly child’s hair!

I went to Hayley with half of my head still white (I'm naturally brown) after bleaching my own hair during lockdown. Amazingly, Hayley managed to carefully bleach my roots to match in perfectly with the ends of my hair in one sitting. She then gave me my favourite hair cut that I've ever had. I cannot recommend Hayley enough. She's fantastic!

Hayley is simply amazing! My 3 year old son would not have his hair cut and each time we went it was a traumatic experience that we both hated! Today on our 3rd visit to Hayley, Jackson had no tears and was laughing with her! His hair looks awesome! I can not recommend her highly enough! She is extremely talented!

Having recently moved to Christleton I found Drakes and heard some really good reviews from the locals. Well I was not let down. Hayley is amazing, caring and professional. No only does she have amazing attention to detail but she cares and takes the time to make sure the customer is fully happy with the results. As was in my case Hayley wasn’t happy with the first round of dye that she stayed after our scheduled time slot to re-dye my hair. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and patience, she’s a genuinely lovely person and so easy to speak with. It is not just a regular salon you truly feel at home there, such a cosy and friendly salon. I am so unbelievably happy with my recent haircut/balayage and I would recommend her salon to anyone!

When I moved to Chester 4 years ago, I went to countless barbers trying to get the perfect haircut. I was not fully satisfyed with any of the barber shops/salons I went to, until one Sunday I found Drakes Haircutters on google. Needless to say, I went in for a haircut and I was so happy with the quality of service that I have been going back to Drakes Haircutters ever since. Not only is it the best haircut I can possibly get, but its so pleasant being in the salon. Its such a nice atmosphere that I truely enjoy coming in not just for the haircut but for the friendley conversations. The level of professionalism is exceptional too.
