Buffalo uPVC

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Buffalo for my new red composite door and kitchen window. Really happy with the service and fitters from start to finish, very clean and tidy. They also did our rooflines on the back. Will definitely recommend.

Last ear we decided to have our roof soffit and eaves re clad in Upvc instead of the old existing wood. We had three quotes but Buffalo Upvc were by far the cheapest. Paul, from Buffalo was very helpful and went through all the options with us. We then decided to have the existing tudor" style timber and render surface on the wall replaced with the Upvc at the same time. A good decision and one we will never regret.Henry and Dave arrived and carried out the work very efficiently and with care and attention so that any disruption to our daily lives over the few days that they were here was kept to an absolute minimum.We are very happy with the work carried out

Lovely doors and windows. House feels a lot warmer and much more secure now. The fitters were quick and efficient and most importantly cleaned up fully after themselves. The large bathroom window unit(2.5 metres +) cracked on installation but was replaced free of charge the following day).Lovely people to deal with. Thank you Marcus Angela Henry and Dave.

Buffalo installed my beautiful aluminium folding doors this week. I couldn't be any happier. As a qualified Architect I have extremely high expectations which they exceeded. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will be returning to them soon for window replacement and guttering.

Poor after sales. Mark was very pleasant and seemed like a nice guy, this is why we chose Buffalo. He was fine until he was paid and the roof began leak. The first leak they did come and fix after a lot of phone calls. He was OK but this was only fixed by silicone, very unprofessional. Next when I called Mark to say that the repair was not satisfactory and that we had a window that would not lock. He did come to my house and the tried to convince me it was OK and that this is how things are done. The following day after a heavy rain shower another leak appeared on another part of the roof. My wife phoned Mark who was very rude on the phone and just fobbed us off. Due to this the new suite that we had made, the new floor and all the Christmas cards are spoilt. He now refuses to answer the phone. We will prevail to get the roof fixed but what next? For your own good give this company a wide birth.

Went with Buffalo after Mark came out to price the job up. We were very impressed with his attitude when he stressed how important he felt it was to do a good job. We did find cheaper quotes but decided to go with him as he convinced us customer satisfaction was a key factor in his business and he came across as an honest genuine guy. To be fair the fitting service was great. The issue came when our front door started to stick. We phoned Mark and to say his promises proved to be empty is an understatement. Accepted no liability for the poor quality of the door and completely fobbed us off with a number of paper thin excuses and then suggested we got a locksmith he could recommend. When it was pointed out to him that he made made certain guarantees and the door he had replaced was a cheaper brand door and had outlasted his better product" he basically absolved himself of any responsibility. What is especially annoying is that we paid more for the customer service and quality he promotes over companies such as Safestyle- my mum bought a door for a great deal less than we paid. She had exactly the same issue

Henry & Dave arrived on time and never stopped from start to finish.These two men are a credit to Buffalo and mainly to themselves, they performed their work so dedicated and professional, ( a perfect team)They left nothing to chance it had to be perfect and on completion the whole installation and site was left spotlessly clean.We would definitely recommend these two men and Buffalo for their fantastic service they all gave.

FANTASTIC JOB!Thanks to Henry and Dave who had done a 5* job in replacing our living room and bedroom windows today.From the minute they arrived they both worked so hard to take out the old windows and replace the new to such a high standard of workmanship. The windows look absolutely fantastic and make such a difference.The job is 100% a job well done. I would definitely recommend this company.The service received from Paul coming to price up the job, to Henry confirming fitting date, to the windows being fitted was a top job.
