Terrible service driver didn't even come to the right flat then sent a message saying sorry we missed you when the photo the driver took was of the wrong building with the wrong numbers

Terrible service. An hour slot is provided for delivery, that is confirmed on the day. We arrived at the delivery address at 10am and waited around to receive the parcel between the hour slot 11:05 - 12:05 (they told us at 10:05, an hour before). The driver posted an update at 11:10 'sorry we missed you'. This was an important package for our new flat, very disappointing.We then tried to get help online, only to be met with various automated messages and chatbots telling us we weren't at the property and it was our fault.... Very frustrating! no customer service and poor tracking/delivery/support interface. Avoid using if possible.

Absolutely shambolic. Tried delivering a parcel to a business address at 7pm. Not notification of attempted delivery. Managed to get tracking number from seller and it is just sitting at their depot but they will not send it as it’s been longer than 24 hours. DreadddffffuuuuullllllllUpdate: lol 10 mins after posting this. My parcel had miraculously changed to ready to re deliver

I spend the whole day in the house waiting for my delivery yesterday, l didn't see anyone but only to receive an email that says the delivery guys did not find you at your house. I don't believe if he even comes. I'm very disappointed coz l took off from work that day so I can wait for my delivery

Spent all day at home yesterday waiting for a delivery because of a broken ankle. Driver never came. Get a notification at 11 pm that the driver 'tried'. Now I'm being told to go in to collect my package, on a broken ankle. Not the first time this has happened with DPD. I hate this business and hope it dies.

The worst delivery service ever I have had to pay £10 for delivery including a extra £5 for a Saturday delivery. It never came and still no response from you. Plus a rude customer service person. Maybe you would consider refunding me.

The DPD depot where drivers make up the rules.A few good drivers but the majority get to do whatever they want including not bothering to show up while they sit in Tesco for an hour until the end of their shift and marking their last 10 drops down as no-one was available to receive the delivery.Management & customer services couldn't care less that this DPD depot operates in this way.Honestly a shame as my local DPD is top notch.

Had parcel scheduled for collection today. Waited in for the item to be collected. Driver who I followed on the app took a picture of a front door that wasn't mine with the same house number and asked the people inside the residence for a parcel that they didn't have have, this excuse was listed on the website that the address was wrong when it was right. First phonecall I made to DPD I was told the depot would get back to me and they didn't. Second phonecall the customer services person cut me off. Third phone call I spoke to customer service they put through to the depot and then the depot put me back through to customer service unwilling to sort out their drivers issue.Parcel scheduled for collection in one hour window. Now there is a possibility they might collect it today but then again they might not. I'm having to go back to the company to have the parcel recollected because of DPDs drivers mistake.Customer services completely abysmal. No attempt made to solve this issue realistically. I would advise using a competent delivery company that can actually read maps.Customer service seems to think that house numbers are only applicable once in that area repeatedly telling me that they went to my house number so I must not have been there, when they already knew they spoke to someone in a residence that wasn't mine. Laughable service. I have a new found appreciation for problematic Hermes. At least they can read maps.

What a total shambles! Stayed in for a parcel and the driver can't find the address. We saw him drive past, we are on a main road, the door is clearly numbered, just what is his problem??? Now my parcel has been relabelled whatever that means!! No way of contacting customer service by telephone. If I could rate it zero * it would still be too high.
