I’ve had Frank come out on 3 occasions for various lock issues at my house (front door and bedroom doors including when my son got locked inside his room!). He arrived quickly, communicated well with how long I’d have to wait, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. He’s very professional, calm, good value and generally a nice guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent. Daughter locked herself out on Saturday evening. Phoned other locksmiths but told they weren't work. Phoned Frank, who texted us back and asked what the problem was. Sent picture. Frank came 30 minutes later with the right tools for the job. Opened door quickly. Price was great. Frank is such a nice friendly man, who stopped a drama being a crisis. My daughter says he's a hero!

I called Frank as he was recommended by another locksmith who couldn’t make it out to me. He was quick, communicative, friendly and knowledgeable - telling me how I could take the lock apart to remove any foreign seized material.I recently picked up a beginner lock-picking set as I had seen the hobby online and he gave me super handy tips to help hone my skills! Above and beyond at 10pm on a Wednesday!
