Great lash tech, very personable, excellent customer service, very clean and comfortable. I also had a very interesting conversation but that’s a side note!I would highly recommend. She gave me great advice also on aftercare and explained the lash technique thoroughly and put me at ease as I am very jumpy!

This was my first time getting my eyelashes done by Simone, and it most definitely will not be my last! She is honestly soo good at what she does. My lashes are amazing! Full, light, and they last! 10/10 quality lashes. 10/10 customer service. Would definitely recommend to book with The Luxé Lounge. The only place I will be going from now on to get my lashes done

First and foremost I have to really show my appreciation as I made a EXTREMELY LATE SAME DAY APPOINTMENT after being very disappointed by another lash tech ! She came through removed the terrible lashes from my eyes and completed a beautiful full set in good timing. I love them. None has fallen out so I have full faith these will last me a good amount of time Xx
