Lapstone Barn Wedding Venue

What a magical day we had for our November wedding. Everything went so smoothly; the team were absolutely incredible and were busy behind the scenes making sure our day ran like clockwork. Kat and all of the staff at Lapstone were friendly, professional, calm and answered all of my (many) questions. I wish we could do it all again. The best venue and team… thank you for everything.

Wow! My wedding day was INCREDIBLE and went like clockwork! I can't thank Kat enough for being such an amazing person to work with... planning a wedding with literally NO experience is very daunting, but she was so happy to answer all of my questions and was always happy to have a quick chat on the phone to clear up any unanswered questions! I put a lot of thought into the 'finer' details of my wedding and I definitely had a vision of how I wanted it all set up, and Kat executed it so perfectly, in fact it turned out even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! All of the staff at Lapstone were just so kind and lovely, and definitely made the day feel very stress free. I was mostly worried the venue would feel too big for my wedding of only 38 adults and a couple of kids, but when everything was set up, and everyone had arrived, it felt absolutely perfect! Kat made sure I used the whole space of the venue as well as possible, and we made the most of all the best areas! Coming send to after being born... it truly was the best day of my life! Now only a memory but I have some beautiful pictures thanks to Owen Howells Photography. I wanted a fairy 'chilled' wedding and this venue certainly provided that. Everyone absoloutely loved the wedding and a lot of people said it was the most stunning wedding they have ever attended. So bigger isn't necessarily always better! Thanks again for our special day.

I rarely leave reviews, and I photograph at many wedding venues. This venue requires an exception. The staff here are particularly attentive, and the venue itself has everything you'd need and more for a perfect intimate wedding. A dedicated bridal suite and a separate farmhouse for the mornings prep, a beautiful rustic stone barn for the ceremony, and a magical spacious open plan area for the wedding breakfast. Take a look at some images for some examples, it is truly magical. Massive thanks to all the passionate staff for helping this day to run extremely smooth, testament to what a great venue should be.

Was there for a wedding last weekend 26th June 2023.What an amazing venue, the building looks amazing and the staff bend over backwards to help. I would certainly recommend this venue to anyone in the area looking for somewhere to hold their wedding. The whole day was fabulous.

A few of our bands have performed at Lapstone barn over the past few years. The venue is stunning and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend it and we hope to work with future clients there as well.

Excellent wedding venue and location, Lapstone Barn owners and staff did a fantastic job hosting a wedding that I happily attended. Loved the time that I spent there. Surrounded by fields blue skies and fresh air.Evening reception was perfect, Loved the gin hut, open log burner in the green space and the sunset.I'm certain that the Newly Weds will treasure their wedding memories always.Top marks for this location.

We got married at Lapstone Barn on the 16th December in the snow and it was better than I could have imagined.I don’t think I could recommend getting married there enough. Not only is it a beautiful venue, the team were so accommodating with any requests that we had.Jo was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing and such a wonderful person to have around on such a special day. She was completely on top of everything throughout the planning of the wedding and the day which took so much stress away. It was honestly so lovely just to be told what I needed to do on the morning so I didn’t have to think.We hired the barn and the cottage the night before and the night of the wedding which worked really well and I’d definitely recommend if you are able. Both are so beautiful and those who stopped there had a great nights sleep. My mum even too guests from the wedding round to the farmhouse to show them how lovely it was.Whatever time of year, whatever the weather, it’s the perfect wedding venue.

We recently married at Lapstone Barn & had such an amazing wedding day. From our first visit to view the venue through to our actual wedding day everyone has been incredibly helpful & friendly. The barn itself is stunning for weddings in any season but as ours was an Autumn wedding the warm Cotswold stone & draped fairy lights produced a lovely cosy feel especially with the real fire lit in the gorgeous bar area. We stayed in the farmhouse the night before & the night of our wedding - the house is really comfortable with everything you could possibly need & is decorated & furnished beautifully. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our special day perfect.
