I was meeting my son, daughter in law and Granddaughter for a stay and play nursery group there. A woman who I believe was the manager asked to speak with me. Not ever meeting her before I obliged and walked with her. She stated addressing the booking I had for the hall 2 weeks previous for my severely disabled son's 21st birthday party. She started she was not happy that the children at the party were playing with the toys. She informed me she watched the whole footage of my party of bigger children playing on toys designed for smaller children. I let her finish then I had my say pointing out if she had watched all the footage she would see I did in fact put the toys away. She again reiterated that she watched all 7 hours of footage of my party. This in itself is illegal. I am seeking legal advice as it is a breach of the human right act as well as data protection and child protection (watching my children and grandchildren over a 7 hour footage) Also to add when I went to walk away from this woman as I was not going to listen to her trying to berate me any further she put her hands on me to block my way so I will also be asking of footage of that as well. The booking wasa last minute thing due to weather so no one spoke to me about health and safety or even gave me a receipt of my booking which I paid for in cash. The sad thing is, when we left the hall I asked the host to check the hall before we left and she was more than happy with how we left it. It took 2 weeks for this issue to be raised in a public forum.

So much fun n so much to do n play for my great grandaughters, everybody so friendly highly recommend.

I volunteered at this place. I worked hard, and the manager made fictitious complaints. The person I worked under was unpleasent and aggressive. I asked to make a complaint, was given email of someone called goad, who never answered. Do not bother volunteering.

Still shocked at A.n.n the manager and her aggression. A family paid cash for the hall for at least minute which our children use for play group. Since the party I had been there twice and the two people there on the day of said party were lovely saying how clean the hall was and they were glad to help. Fast forward 2/3 weeks having attended regularly.A.N.n the manager which none of us knew approached my mother and place her hand on her chest as she berated her very aggressive for some children using toys which we had no idea they were not allowed to touch. Even so we asked to return them and no items were lost, broken or disturbed in any other way. HOWEVER this A" proceeded to put her hands on my mother as she explained she wasn't there on the day but she had watched us all play and use the hall and it was unacceptable and that my mum was "

Great visit staff very helpful and friendly

absolutely disgusted at the manager this morning. I was about to take my 2 year old daughter to ogopogo as usual. However the manager was extremely rude to my mum in law, she was aggressive. She told my mum in law not to walk away from her. At which point she put her hands on my mum in law. She was asked not to touch her but she did it again. This was in front of parents & children. This was all because we had a party two weeks prior for my severely disabled brother in law's birthday. The children at the party took out plastic ball pools and two little tikes cars for the toddlers to play with (although it was a private party my toddler recognised she was at ogopogo" and just wanted to play. They were put away after the party. But the manager said she had watched all the CCTV which was 6hrs in total and was not happy the toys had been played with.Can I remind you those toys are paid for by the public for the public. I have been on the charity commission website and found the trustees who will be contacted about this. They barred my 2 year old daughter from entering for this reason

Lovely staff, nice food, made us feel welcome, dining room is clean and newly refurbished, will come back :)

I only visited the once due to being new the the area. I wasn’t made to feel welcome. On researching about the objectives of this community centre, they clearly do not include or welcome the whole community. Maybe some diversity training is needed.
